Come up with products which make the company's range of products stand out, take account of client needs, competition and manufacturing constraints, manage research projects, preliminary studies prior to industrial production, maintain the link between research and marketing, oversee studies, design solutions, technically coordinate product development, participate in defining company strategy, these are just a few of the challenges that lie ahead of you.

You are in charge of the administrative management and accounting for a profit centre. To this end, with the support of your team, you look after customer and supplier accounting, staff management, legal advice etc. You are involved in the preparing the annual budget and you prepare monthly progress reports.
Apart from your management capacities, you are organised and you have a good relationship with people in-house, customers and suppliers.

You reconcile the accounts and monitor anticipated costs for worksites and production sites using the computerised management system and internal procedures.Your responsibilities may increase until you gradually take charge of payroll, customer and supplier accounting.

As part of the HR Dept., working with operations staff and according to HR policy, you can take charge of one or several HR roles: recruitment, relationships with schools, vocational training, administrative, legal, social management etc.

As part of the Legal Department, you will work in close collaboration with the operations staff. Drafting and monitoring acts and contracts, participation in project packages (PPP etc.), litigation management, company law, insurance law, public procurement law, are all areas in which you can get involved. 

Attached to the Sales Department and working with the establishments, you are involved in detecting, putting together and finalising business for our public and private clients in a given region. In addition, you help to identify and monitor potential clients and specifiers, by promoting Aximum techniques and products.

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you are in charge of purchasing products and components and assembly-manufacturing subcontracting services for part of our range of services and products.
You are therefore responsible for cost reduction targets, keeping to deadlines and maintaining the quality of the products delivered and the sub-contracted services.
As a buyer, you are involved in monitoring your supplier markets, drafting your specifications and your consultation records (analysis, contractualisation, supplier quality assurance, updating the data in the ERP).  

The QSE Manager represents the management with regards to Quality, Safety and Environment among staff, clients, external organisations and suppliers within their scope.
They manage the QSE approach, in the spirit of continuous improvement, under the authority of the QSE Director.
They manage the connections and the transfer of information between the QSE management systems in the head office and the industries.
They work in compliance with legislation and regulations as well as internal procedures.
